🌙𝗣𝗖𝗦𝗛 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗻, 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗯𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗸.🍲

This Ramadan, Perak Community Specialist Hospital (PCSH) celebrated the holy month with its annual Bubur Lambuk distribution programme, “Semarak Ramadan”, sharing 2,000 containers of free bubur lambuk with the public, frontliners and nearby agencies at Balai Bomba & Penyelamat Ipoh.

For the first time, the programme was held in collaboration with the Jabatan Bomba & Penyelamat Malaysia Negeri Perak (JBPM Perak), featuring both lamb and chicken bubur lambuk, lovingly prepared through a gotong-royong effort between PCSH staff and firefighters.

This initiative not only expressed gratitude to our frontliners but also celebrated community spirit, unity, and the joy of sharing during Ramadan. The event was joined by PCSH CEO Nicholas Chan, JBPM Perak Director Dato’ Sayani Saidon, PCSH Board of Visitors members, Dato’ Mohd Odzman Kadir and Mr. Hanson Lau together with Pn. Rozizah binti Abnihajar, Deputy Fire Superintendent Ipoh.

As a community hospital, PCSH continues to serve and support society, including through its Welfare Fund established in 2019 and looks forward to strengthening partnerships that enhance community wellbeing.

A cherished annual tradition, this year’s collaboration beautifully highlighted the power of healthcare, emergency services and community coming together.

This Chinese New Year, we had the pleasure of celebrating with the residents of Lucky Village Home at Jalan Gopeng, together with our business partners from Prudential Malaysia. The day began with everyone singing festive CNY songs, followed by fun mini games that brought smiles and laughter all around.

The highlight was when our CEO, Mr. Nicholas Chan, personally handed out angpows and mandarin oranges, sharing warmth and festive cheer with our beloved elders.

Moments like these remind us that the true spirit of CNY lies in joy, togetherness and giving from the heart. ❤️

There’s nothing more meaningful than celebrating Chinese New Year as one big family.

Our celebration was filled with laughter, excitement and the vibrant rhythm of the Lion Dance, a symbol of blessings, prosperity and fresh beginnings. As tradition reminds us, the seventh day of Chinese New Year everyone’s birthday (Ren Ri) is a beautiful celebration of life and growing stronger together.

Seeing our Board of Directors, Board of Visitors, staff and visitors gathered side by side made the day even more special. The joy, the lively Lions and the cheerful Choy San Yeh sharing oranges and sweets truly captured the spirit of togetherness. 🍊🍬

Gong Xi Fa Cai! May the Year of the Horse bring strength, unity and new milestones for us all. ✨

In the spirit of reunion dinner night, Perak Community Specialist Hospital (PCSH) thoughtfully prepared a special reunion dinner for all inpatients, warmly welcoming family members to join the celebration. Even within the hospital walls, patients were able to share a meaningful meal and experience the comfort and joy of togetherness during this festive season.

The reunion dinner, held on 16 February 2026, brought warmth and smiles to our wards on this special evening.

At PCSH, we believe healing goes beyond medical treatment. It is also about emotional support, connection and creating moments that truly matter. Through initiatives like this, we continue to foster compassion and care in every corner of our hospital.

This thoughtful gesture shows our commitment to providing affordable, quality healthcare and putting people and empathy at the centre of everything we do.

Our hospital came alive with joy and festivity when our President, Dato’ Lee Hau Hian, made a special bonus announcement during the Annual President Ang Pow Presentation & Town Hall.

Nurses, Clinic Assistants, and team members from across the hospital beamed with happiness as Dato’ Lee personally handed out Ang Pows — a heartfelt gesture expressing his sincere gratitude for their dedication and unwavering commitment throughout the year.

The celebration continued into the evening with a cosy Chinese New Year dinner. Our directors and doctors rolled up their sleeves to demonstrate Chinese calligraphy and the making of Nian Gao, before everyone joined in a lively lou sang toss — laughter, well wishes and festive spirit filling the room.

Moments like these remind us that beyond our daily roles, we are truly one PCSH family. Here’s to welcoming the new year together and creating even more meaningful milestones ahead.

Our Annual President Ang Pow Presentation & Town Hall was full of laughter, appreciation and the special family spirit that makes PCSH truly special.

From the doctors and nurses to every department across the hospital, our President, Dato Lee Hau Hian, personally handed out Ang Pows to show his gratitude for everyone’s hard work.

The excitement didn’t stop there; everyone was treated to a special bonus announcement, making the evening even more memorable!

Apart from that, we ended the night together with a joyful CNY dinner, sharing good food, stories and plenty of festive cheer.

Here’s to celebrating the new year and more milestones together!
