In collaboration with KESUMA Bersama Rakyat: Karnival Teknologi dan Kreativiti JTM2026, representatives from Carsem (M) Sdn. Bhd.’s HR Department were honoured to participate in a special Meet & Greet session with Hong Leong Foundation(HLF) scholarship holders at Advanced Technology Training Centre (ADTEC)Taiping on 12th Feb 2026.

The interactive session provided a meaningful platform for our HR team to connect directly with the scholars, sharing insights on Carsem’s career pathways, the company’s background and the nature of our business within the semiconductor industry.

It was an enriching exchange where students had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of industry expectations, growth opportunities and the skills required to thrive in the evolving technology landscape. We were honoured to engage with the HLF scholars and contribute industry perspectives on career opportunities and professional development.

Carsem was honoured to participate in the Karnival Lindung Kerjaya MYFutureJobs Teknologi & Kreativiti JTM 2026, held on 11–12 February 2026at ADTEC JTM Kampus Taiping.

Over the two-day event, more than 100 candidates visited the Carsem booth to explore internship and career opportunities within the semiconductor industry. The engagement included a mix of students and job seekers who were keen to learn more about potential career pathways with Carsem.

Carsem extends its sincere appreciation to the organizers and partners, including MYFutureJobs, for the opportunity to engage with future talents and contribute to the development of a skilled workforce. We also thank all candidates who visited our booth for their enthusiasm and interest in building their careers with Carsem.

🧧✨ Chinese New Year Celebration @ Carsem M-site ✨🧧

The festive mood continued this morning at our M-site as we gathered to celebrate the Chinese New Year together! The atmosphere was warm and cheerful as colleagues took a break to enjoy the occasion and connect with one another.

Everyone had a great time enjoying the free meals, sharing smiles, conversations and festive wishes. With many employees dressed in red and festive colours, the celebration truly felt lively and welcoming. ❤️

Moments like these remind us that beyond work, we are one Carsem family — celebrating traditions, strengthening bonds and starting the year on a positive note.
