Yesterday, Carsem S-site had the pleasure of hosting an industry visit from Kolej Vokasional Slim River, welcoming a total of 35 participants including students and lecturers.

The session kicked off with an inspiring opening speech by our GM, Mr. Ts. Dr. AJayandaran, who introduced Carsem and shared insights into our business nature. This was followed by a guided production tour, giving our guests a first-hand look into our operations.

We were also honoured to have Mr. P.A. Vikneswaran, one of our Managers, share his valuable thoughts and experiences, leaving the students motivated and more aware of the industry landscape.

It was a day filled with learning, engagement, and meaningful interactions, and we are glad to know our visitors enjoyed the experience as much as we did.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Persatuan Daybreak to Carsem S-site for a meaningful charity sales event. The response from our employees was truly heartwarming, with almost RM1,300 collected through the sales to support the cause.

This initiative not only brought joy to our workplace but also reminded us of the importance of supporting communities in need. A big thank you to everyone who contributed and showed their support!

Carsem Health Talk: “Healthy Lifestyle” in Collaboration with PCSH

Carsem HR recently organized a Health Talk on “Healthy Lifestyle” in collaboration with Perak Community Specialist Hospital (PCSH). The session was delivered by Dr. Muhd Mikhail Joseph, a physician who shared insightful tips on maintaining a balanced lifestyle through proper diet, regular exercise, and stress management.

The session received great response from employees, with active participation during the Q&A segment. Many found the talk useful and motivating.

A special thank you to Mr. Kandan for his support and coordination in ensuring the event ran smoothly. Appreciation also goes to PCSH and Dr. Mikhail for their valuable time and contribution.

Baru-baru ini, HR Carsem telah menganjurkan satu Ceramah Kesihatan bertajuk “Gaya Hidup Sihat” dengan kerjasama Perak Community Specialist Hospital (PCSH). Ceramah ini disampaikan oleh Dr. Muhd Mikhail Joseph, seorang pakar perubatan yang berkongsi pelbagai tip berguna mengenai pemakanan sihat, senaman berkala dan pengurusan tekanan.

Sesi ini mendapat sambutan baik daripada para pekerja, dengan penglibatan aktif semasa sesi soal jawab. Ramai yang memberikan maklum balas positif dan berasa lebih bermotivasi untuk mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat.

🎉 Carsem Ken-Durian 2025 – A Spiky, Sweet Success! 🎉

Carsem recently wrapped up the highly anticipated Ken-Durian 2025, and it was nothing short of extraordinary!

Over the course of 4 sessions at each site, we made sure no shift was left behind—bringing the durian fest to every corner of Carsem. With a crowd of over 2,000 employees joining in across all sessions, the atmosphere was bursting with fun, laughter, and the unmistakable aroma of… DURIAN! 😄

💥 A whopping 1,000kg of Durian was served alongside other delicious tropical treats like Rambutan, Mangosteen, Mata Kucing, and even refreshing Coconut water to cool things down!

This event wasn’t just about food—it was about bringing our people together, building stronger bonds, and celebrating our Carsem family spirit.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for making it a memorable and fruity success!

Carsem baru sahaja menutup tirai acara paling dinanti tahun ini – Ken-Durian 2025, dan sambutannya memang luar biasa!

Dengan 4 sesi di setiap lokasi (S-site & M-site), kami pastikan semua syif mendapat peluang untuk turut serta menikmati kemeriahan. Lebih daripada 2,000 warga Carsem telah diraikan sepanjang acara ini!

💥 Sebanyak 1,000kg durian telah disajikan, bersama buah-buahan tropika lain seperti Rambutan, Manggis, Mata Kucing dan juga Air Kelapa yang menyegarkan!

Acara ini bukan sekadar tentang menikmati buah-buahan—ia adalah tentang merapatkan hubungan, menyemai semangat kekeluargaan, dan meraikan kebersamaan kita sebagai warga Carsem.

Carsem proudly participated in the two-day PERKESO's MyFutureJobs Career Fair held at ADTEC Taiping, offering exciting career opportunities for job seekers and fresh graduates. The event served as a valuable platform for us to connect with aspiring talents, share insights into life at Carsem, and promote openings across various departments.

Over the course of the event, we interviewed more than 150 candidates, and are pleased to share that around 93 individuals were shortlisted for the next round of selection.

A heartfelt thank you to PERKESO and ADTEC Taiping for organizing this impactful event and for your continuous efforts in supporting employment initiatives in the region.

Carsem Ken-Durian is back!

This week, Carsem S & M-site successfully wrapped up the first round of our Carsem Ken-Durian 2025 event — a heartfelt gesture to show our deepest appreciation to all Carsemians.

On July 14th, Carsem S kicked things off with a fruity celebration, followed by Carsem M on July 15th. Employees were treated not only to the King of Fruits, but also to Rambutan, Mangosteen, and Mata Kucing — a sweet reward for their hard work, commitment, and tireless contributions throughout the financial year.

This event symbolizes our gratitude for Carsem employees dedication — day in, day out — in making Carsem stronger, better, and united.
