Fun Optometrist aims is to provide its clients and friends a brand new experience in eye care.In Fun Optometrist, our optometrist are fully committed to you and your family's eye and visual health. We provide comprehensive eye test, specialty eye care services, and eyewear products in an atmosphere of uncompromised service, value and freindliness. We are among the few optical shop in Ipoh area with qualify optometrist in service. As a main provider of vision and eye care, Fun Optometrist duty is to take good care of our customers' eyes. Thus, more than just eye prescription test, we provide a series of thorough eye test which include eye's function and health tests. Equipment you can find at Fun Optometrist
- Fundus Camera - to capture photo of the back of the eye(retina), to check for retina related diseases ( glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes retinopathy, retinal tear, etc)
-Slit Lamp - to screen for the health of the front part of the eye for contact lens infection, dryness injuries etc.
- Equipment for measuring power of the eyes

Comprehensive Eye Examination
Our philosophy at Fun Optometrist is to provide professional eye care services to our customers and to commit to their long term eye health with our professional optometrist. Thus, more than just eye prescription test, we routinely provide a series of thorough eye tests which include eye's function and health tests.
-Refraction - Precise measurement of the refractive error of the eyes to determine spectacles and contact lens prescription.
- Colour vision screening - to screen for any signs of colour blind or deficiencies.
- Binocular Vision Test - Testing of how well the two eyes work together and screen for squints and binocular vision anomalies
- Ocular Health Examination
Fundus Photography - screen the back part of the eye (retina) by retinal imaging technology, and make sure that is healthy and to refer if any problems occur. Early detection on any eye problems and accurate eye power will allow more effective management and treatment, so that you and your family are able to enjoy good vision. Hence, annually comprehensive eye test at Fun Optometrist is the most certain way to maintain good vision and healthy eyes for you and your family. Contact Lens Fitting

A cataract is a clouding of the eye’s natural lens, which causes blurry, dim, or foggy vision. It usually develops slowly with age but can also be caused by diabetes, eye injury, or long-term UV exposure. Cataracts can affect daily activities like reading or driving, and the only effective treatment is cataract surgery, where the cloudy lens is replaced with a clear artificial one.

白内障是眼睛天然晶状体出现混浊，导致视力模糊、昏暗或像看着一层白雾。它通常随着年龄增长而形成，也可能由糖尿病、眼外伤或长期紫外线照射引起。白内障会影响日常活动，如阅读或驾驶，而目前唯一有效的治疗方式是白内障手术，将混浊的晶状体更换为清晰的人造晶体。
