赖小姐第一次来到我们诊所时，是因为子宫出现问题，医生诊断有较高的几率会恶化成癌症。经过我们中医针灸与中药的调理治疗后，目前病情已稳定并在控制范围内。

然而，现已54岁的她，由于家族遗传因素，在今年3月份她发现双侧乳房都有肿块，之后被确诊为乳癌。当时检查结果显示左侧乳房肿块约 0.5 公分，右侧约 0.9 公分。

在这段时间里，她积极配合针灸与中药治疗，同时也努力调整作息与情绪。经过我们几个月的针灸与中药治疗，肿块明显缩小，左侧减至 0.3 公分，右侧减至 0.4 公分。

在最近一次复诊中，医生确认她 无需进行手术，因为肿块持续缩小、病情逐步改善。如今的她，不仅身体状况更加稳定，心情也更加平和积极。

Ms. Lye first visited our clinic due to a uterine condition that, according to her doctor, had a high risk of developing into cancer. After undergoing a course of TCM acupuncture and herbal treatment with us, her condition has since stabilized and is now under control.

However, at the age of 54, due to hereditary factors, she discovered lumps in both breasts in March this year and was later diagnosed with breast cancer. The initial examination showed that the lump in her left breast measured about 0.5 cm, while the one on the right measured about 0.9 cm.

During this period, she actively cooperated with our acupuncture and herbal treatments while also working on improving her lifestyle and emotional balance. After several months with Pu Gong Ying TCM and Acupuncture center, the lumps showed significant reduction — the left decreased to 0.3 cm, and the right to 0.4 cm.

In her most recent medical review, the doctor confirmed that surgery was no longer necessary, as the lumps continue to shrink and her condition keeps improving.
Today, she is not only physically more stable but also mentally calmer and more positive.

肾衰竭的潜在隐患⚠️

在临床上，我们常见到这样的情况：即便肾功能正悄然衰退，大多数患者依旧浑然不觉。等到症状明显时，往往已经发展到较严重的阶段。

这正是叶女士的经历。

今年三月，69岁的叶女士因小腿水肿前来就诊。经检查发现，她患有第三期肾衰竭，eGFR仅有57，当时的她对此浑然不知。

叶女士非常积极地配合我们给予的针灸和中药治疗。从坚持治疗到严格遵循生活方式的改变，包括饮食和作息的调整方案，她都全力以赴。

这种坚持带来了令人振奋的转变。经过五个月的系统调理，她的复查结果显示，eGFR 从 57 升至 94，重新回到健康的正常范围。

The Hidden Danger of Kidney Failure⚠️

In many cases, kidney function can slowly get worse without any clear signs. Most people don’t notice it until symptoms like swelling, tiredness, or changes in urine appear — by then, the problem is often already serious.

This was what happened to Ms. Yap.

In March this year, 69-year-old Ms. Yap came to us because of swelling in her legs. Tests showed she had Stage 3 kidney failure, with an eGFR of only 57 — something she had no idea about before.

Ms. Yap actively cooperated with the acupuncture and herbal medicine treatments we provided. From adhering to regular treatment sessions to strictly following the lifestyle adjustments we recommended — including diet and daily routine — she gave her full commitment.

Her effort brought great results. After five months of treatment, her check-up showed her eGFR had improved from 57 to 94 — back to the normal range.

Ms. Yap’s story shows how important it is to stay consistent and to trust the treatment. We are truly happy for her recovery and thankful for the trust she placed in our team.

谢先生，今年65岁，是一位前列腺癌患者。初次前来时，他正饱受小便困难、腹胀、食欲不振以及双腿无力的困扰。今年1月，检查发现他的前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）指数高达5.45，明显偏高。经过我们中医针灸与中药调理一段时间后，他的身体状况有了显著的改善。到了3月，PSA指数已降至0.85，顺利回归正常范围。

与此同时，我们也针对他的肾功能进行调理，肾小球滤过率（eGFR）从48提升至55，血压也恢复至正常水平。

谢先生也有中风病史，中风后出现了轻度痴呆及口齿不清的情况。经过持续治疗后，这些症状也明显改善。

看到谢先生整体康复的进展，我们感到无比欣慰，衷心感谢他以及家人对我们医疗团队的信任与支持。

Mr. Cheah, a 65-year-old prostate cancer patient, came to us with difficulty urinating, bloating, loss of appetite, and weakness in both legs. His PSA level was high at 5.45 in January. After undergoing Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment, his condition improved significantly. By March, his PSA level dropped to 0.85, within the normal range.

We also treated his kidney function, which affected his blood pressure. His eGFR improved from 48 to 55, and his blood pressure returned to normal.

Mr. Cheah also had a history of stroke, which left him with mild post-stroke dementia and slurred speech. We’re pleased to see that these symptoms have also reduced with ongoing treatment.

We’re happy with his overall progress and deeply thankful to him and his family for their trust in our care.

48岁的李先生，于今年三月被诊断患有贝尔氏麻痹（面瘫），病发与他长期处于压力大的工作状态有关。

确诊后，他立即开始在本诊所接受治疗。初次就诊时，他出现了言语不清、左侧面部瘫痪、左眼无法闭合、过度流泪及随之引发的干眼等症状。

经过连续两个月的治疗，李先生的状况已有显著改善。目前他已能完全闭上左眼，不再有干眼问题，言语也变得更加清晰流畅。

我们非常欣慰地见证了他的康复过程，并为他能够带着焕然一新的信心和舒适感重返工作岗位而感到高兴。

Mr. Lee, a 48-years old patient, was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy in March which triggered by his high-stress work lifestyle.

Upon diagnosis, treatment was initiated without delay, he visited our clinic presenting with slurred speech, paralysis on the left side of his face, difficulty closing his left eye, excessive tearing and subsequent dry eye episodes.

After two months of consistent receiving our clinic treatment, Mr. Lee has shown significant improvement. He is now able to fully close his eye, no longer experiences dry eyes, and his speech has become more fluent.

We are truly pleased to witness his remarkable progress, and allowing him to return to work with renewed confidence and comfort.

Psoriasis Triggered by Stress and Unhealthy Lifestyle ⚠️

一位27岁女士长期受到牛皮癣困扰，虽然曾接受很多中西医的治疗，吃药和外用药膏后症状得到了缓解，但随着时间推移，症状再次复发。她的皮肤出现红斑，且情况愈加严重，影响到了日常生活。尽管之前的药物治疗一度有效，但复发后她感到无助，因此决定尝试中医治疗。

在接受我们诊所的治疗后，她的皮肤逐渐好转，红斑明显消失了。曾因病情反复而焦虑的她，现在已经恢复了正常的生活，皮肤状况得到了显著改善。

A 27-year-old woman had been struggling with psoriasis for a long time. Although she had tried various treatments from both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine, from oral medication to topical creams, her symptoms were only temporarily relieved. Over time, the symptoms returned. Red patches appeared on her skin, and the condition worsened, affecting her daily life. Despite the initial effectiveness of the treatments, the relapse left her feeling helpless, until she decided to try Traditional Chinese Medicine with us.

After receiving treatment at our clinic, her skin gradually improved, and the red patches significantly disappeared. Once anxious about the recurring condition, she has now returned to her normal life, with her skin condition greatly improved.
