弹弓指&板机指
医学名词“手指肌屈腱鞘炎”
是手部常见疾病，多因过度使用指关节、劳损，引起肌腱腱鞘发炎，形成结节导致关节活动时卡压住，甚至弹响疼痛不堪。

Trigger finger
Medically known as stenosing flexor tenosynovitis, is a common condition affecting the hand.
It is usually caused by overuse of the finger joints and repetitive strain, which leads to inflammation of the tendon sheath. A nodule may form on the tendon, causing it to catch or lock during movement, sometimes producing a snapping sensation and significant pain.

最近马来西亚肺结核（TB）案例有上升趋势。
肺结核主要通过空气传播，长期咳嗽超过2个星期一定要提高警惕。

新年期间家里有：
👴 老人家
👶 小朋友
🤰 免疫力较弱的人

如果你有：
✔ 持续咳嗽
✔ 咳嗽有痰
✔ 午后低烧
✔ 夜间盗汗
✔ 体重莫名下降

🙏 请主动做好防护：
• 戴口罩
• 尽量自我隔离
• 避免拥抱与近距离接触
• 若症状明显，建议暂缓聚会并尽早检查

这不是冷漠，
这是对家人的一种保护 ❤️

Recently, tuberculosis (TB) cases have been on the rise in Malaysia.
TB spreads through the air. A cough lasting more than 2 weeks should not be ignored.

During festive gatherings, there are often:
👴 Elderly family members
👶 Young children
🤰 Individuals with weaker immunity

If you are experiencing:
✔ Persistent cough
✔ Cough with phlegm
✔ Low-grade fever in the afternoon
✔ Night sweats
✔ Unexplained weight loss

🙏 Please take protective measures:
• Wear a mask
• Practice self-isolation when possible
• Avoid close contact and hugging
• If symptoms are significant, consider postponing gatherings and seek medical evaluation
