Oocyte retrieval, also known as egg retrieval, is a procedure used in IVF to collect eggs from an o***y for fertilization outside the body. Performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia, it involves using a va**nal ultrasound to guide a needle through the va**nal wall to aspirate the eggs from the follicles. The procedure is brief (about 15-30 minutes), and while it is painless during the process, recovery may involve some cramping, bloating, and constipation for a few days.

子宫摘除术通常用于以下情况:
良性疾病:
子宫肌瘤：子宫肌瘤是子宫内良性肿瘤，可能导致月经过多、盆腔疼痛和压迫感等症状。
子宫内膜异位症：子宫内膜组织生长在子宫以外的部位，可能引起慢性盆腔疼痛和月经不调等症状。
子宫脱垂：子宫从正常位置下降到阴道内，可能导致不适、压力感和尿失禁等症状。
子宫腺肌症：子宫内膜组织生长到子宫肌肉层，可能导致月经过多和疼痛。
异常子宫出血：当月经量过多或不规则且对其他治疗方法没有反应时，可能需要子宫切除术。

Hysterectomy is surgery to remove a woman's womb (uterus). The uterus is a hollow muscular organ that nourishes the developing baby during pregnancy. You may have all or part of the uterus removed during a hysterectomy. The fallopian tubes and ovaries may also be removed.

There are many reasons a woman may need a hysterectomy, including:

Adenomyosis, a condition that causes heavy, painful periods
Cancer of the uterus, most often endometrial cancer
Cancer of the cervix or changes in the cervix called cervical dysplasia that may lead to cancer
Cancer of the o***y
Long-term (chronic) pelvic pain
Severe endometriosis that does not get better with other treatments
Severe, long-term va**nal bleeding that is not controlled with other treatments
Slipping of the uterus into the va**na (uterine prolapse)
Tumors in the uterus, such as uterine fibroids
Uncontrolled bleeding during childbirth
Severe infection involving the uterus (for example, pelvic inflammatory disease)
