The excessive weight would put at risk of a person to cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, gout, arthritis, disease of the liver and gall bladder, etc. In most cases, it is still hard to determine the exact cause of obesity.
Obesity is generally caused by eating too much and moving too little.
This situation would lead to obesity as little importance is placed on serving a balanced diet.
Lack of participation in sports and outdoor games is closely linked to the rising level of obesity nowadays.
To prevent the problem of obesity from increasing, having balanced diets should be practiced to keep our bodies in shape.
