"Yoga is an invitation to push beyond our perceived limits. No matter where you are in your practice, whether you are just starting or have been in this path for years the simple art of showing up on the mat each day makes you stronger. It's not about whether you can nail a handstand or master every advanced pose. In truth, not everyone will be able to do all the powerful asanas, and that's okay. The true essence of yoga isn't about achieving a perfect pose. It's about the effort - the willingness to try and keep going even when it feels impossible.

Yoga encourages us to move beyond the confines of what comes easily. It challenges us to explore the outer edges of our potential, stretching not just our bodies, but our minds and our hearts. The journey isn't about doing every pose perfectly; it's about embracing the lessons hidden within the process itself. Sometimes, the lesson of a pose isn't in achieving it, but in understanding its deeper meaning. Dear Akashian,

As we step into this new year, we are reminded of the transformative power of our practice, not just on the mat, but in every aspect of our lives. Each breath we take, each movement we make, and every moment of stillness we embrace holds the potential for renewal and growth.

In 2025, may we continue to support and uplift one another, sharing the warmth of community and the wisdom of yoga. Together, let's create a space where we can find balance, cultivate inner peace, and awaken to our fullest potential.

Formed in 1979, Tripsichore has set about evolving a technique that provides the technical and philosophic methods and rationales for vinyasa yoga. It addresses how the fluent use of pranayama in continuous movement is a vital part of the higher limbs of yoga…and it resolutely embraces both the spectacular and the basic in that movement.

Tripsichore technique adheres to the premise that “Evenly metered breath, synchronised with evenly metered movement, results in (or is the result of) evenness of mind.” In practise, this means that the endpoint of posture is not more valid than the transitions between them – there is no necessity to rush to achieve a posture for it is something to be moved through on the way to the next.

This adherence to sustained fluidity might appear to contradict the dictums of forms of yoga that are premised on finding unity through stillness. However, Tripsichore techniques liken the quality and aims of evenness to those of stillness.

Tripsichore(三维秘舞串联瑜伽)成立于1979年,一个非主流串联瑜伽,它探讨了如何在连续流动中流畅地使用调息法(pranayama),并为这是瑜伽高阶练习中不可或缺的一部分。

资深瑜伽练习者绝不会做的6个坏习惯!

错误1:
不停拿自己和别人比较

Yogi Bhajan曾说
一个人有三个敌人:比较,竞争和抱怨
每个人的身体条件都不一样
100个人有100种身体形态

瑜伽更多是一个内在的练习
我们要学会并尊重自己的身体
向内看发现自己内在的美丽
坚持一段时间
你会发现自己也会发光

错误2:
盲目的跟随

没有自己的思考和判断力
在社交平台上
盲目跟随别人练习计划
也不管这个动作的原理
反正就是想试试
次数少可能对身体没太大的影响
时间长了,不仅练习没有效果
反而会对身体造成伤害

刚开始接触瑜伽
建议一定要在专业的老师指导下练习
身体天生不一样的独特性结构
是需要得到专业老师的调整
可以不爱瑜伽
但别伤害自己的身体,伤害这个瑜伽圈

错误3:
对自己身体的不信任

常把这些理由挂在嘴边
我身体太僵硬了
我年龄太大了
有千万个比你年龄大
僵硬的人群都能做到
如果你连自己的大脑都不开放
身体和心里也就不能打开

错误4:
不热身就进入高体

资深的老师会告诉你
充足有效率的热身是必要的
练习前的热身
能让你很快进入正确的练习模式

不进行热身
不仅会降低练习效果
还会增加受伤风险
在肌肉还没有足够的弹性
导致撕裂...

错误5:
练习过于急于求成

经常会收到有些会员的信息
“老师,我都练了一个月了
怎么没有变化?”

你想要什么地方的变化?
是心里还是身体?
你是否保持了规律的练习?
练习从自己能做到的动作开始
不是急躁,恨不得一秒学会
要日积月累,静待花开
身体和大脑不会灵光乍现突然打开
跟果实一样
让你的土壤变得肥沃
果实就会慢慢成熟

错误6:
练习没有觉知
只是机械的去摆动作

觉知是在大量练习中产生的
如果你的练习合理有效
你的身体会产生一些之前没有的感受
用自己的眼睛去观察
用自己的身体去觉知
会保护我们更加安全有效的练习
