As October comes to a close, we pause to honor the quiet and steady courage that showed up on the mat - in every wobble, every fall, every breath that chose to begin again.

Courage looked different for each of us - inversions that tested balance, backbends that opened the heart, and moments of stillness that softened the soul.

This month reminded us that :
🔹 Courage isn't loud - it's consistent
🔹 Strength isn't hardness - it's presence
🔹 Progress is the fruit of practice, not perfection.

Softness is not a weakness - it's wisdom.
It takes strength to open where we've been guarded. To lift the heart when it's easier to fold in. To feel.....when numbness seems safer.

Backbends remind us:
We don't open heart by force - we open it with trust.

In every backward bending, there is courage in yielding, power in vulnerability, and quiet rebellion in choosing softness over protection.

May we continue to bend, not break. To open, not armor. To meet the world - heart first.

旅修：一次心灵的归来

旅修，与其说是一次远行，不如说是一次心灵的归来。我们卸下了日常的身份，以最本真的样子相聚。在这片土地上，每个人仿佛都学会了一种“倒空”的智慧——倒空都市的匆忙，倒空固有的成见，以一颗虚心容器般的心，去盛装新的阳光、空气与欢笑。

那些心与心连接的瞬间，并非发生在严肃的课堂，而是洋溢在每一个轻松的场面：是集市采购时“招兵买马”的团购，是深夜里小聚的欢笑声，更是在每日练习后，彼此分享“今天我又比昨天进步一点点”的会心微笑里。正是这连绵不断的笑声，润滑了我们之间默契的齿轮，让包容变得自然而然。

我们收获的，远不止是体式的精进，更是对瑜伽的重新认识：它不再是独善其身的修行，而是在共同的节奏中，见证彼此的成长。当“我”融入“我们”，练习便有了温暖的厚度。

旅程结束，正是下一段共同练习的开始。垫子虽已收起，但那份由内而外的温暖连接，那份被欢笑和谦逊注满的能量，早已被打包进行囊。

这趟旅程并非远行，而是归来。我们带着一个更充盈、更紧密的“我们”，回到日常，继续前行。

垫子铺在哪里，世界就连接到哪里。

课前，一位同学轻声说：“老师，开始前我其实有点战战兢兢。”
我笑着望向她：“那之后呢？”
另一位同学接话：“可一旦课程开始，那些熟悉的步骤响起，我心里忽然就有了底。”
“是啊，虽然动作差不多，”第一位同学若有所思，“但这次，我给自己机会真正沉淀下来，只专注自己。”
身旁的同学轻轻点头，沉默中已有共鸣。

这正是瑜伽的传承——它从不设边界。垫子铺在哪里，世界就连接到哪里。

真正的瑜伽，从来不是向内的退缩，而是向外的延伸。它从骨与肉的连接开始，逐渐涌向呼吸。当个人的吐纳与来自不同国家的生命节奏渐渐同步，连接便悄然越过垫子的边界。它藏在交汇的眼神里，藏在赤脚共同站立的那片温热土地上。

这早已不止是关于独善其身的练习，而是学习成为更大整体的一部分。

每一个体式，都是一个枢纽：树式，让我们既扎根于异乡的土壤，也生长进世界的森林；战士式，承载古今的力量与宁静。我们做的不是“我的”拜日式，而是向同一轮太阳致敬。

垫子铺在哪里，连接就发生在哪里。它无声铺展，织成一张无形的网，串联起不同的文化、身体与故事。

最终我们明白：身心灵的合一，并非终点。它只是为了让我们这颗更完整、更通透的心，能更好地映照并融入这个辽阔的世界。

生活常常像一场无法预料的颠簸。 而练习，是教会我们如何优雅地与之共舞。 找到那个让你安住的点，即便万物流动，你心自有罗盘。
