你有没有发现… 自己运动的时间,
总是默默跑去“别的地方”了?

其实我也一样。
不是不想运动、也不是没时间,
而是总被生活的小事悄悄带走注意力。

今天,我没有去打卡健身,
但我:

✓ 整理了房间
✓ 清了两格冷冻抽屉
✓ 把玄关鞋子归位
✓ 泡了一壶热茶
✓ 顺手写下这周的小计划
✓ 最后,在家简单动了动身体

这些「不会累的小整理」,
让生活静下来,
也让我慢慢回到自己的节奏里。

我发现,
运动不一定要轰轰烈烈、满头大汗才算,
有时候,只是愿意动起来,
就已经在为身体加分了。

生活的幸福感,有时候就是 雨季也不用投币☀️阳光你好!今天晒5个小时吧?衣服干了,咖啡香了,芽也长高了。 午餐约了两个老朋友,Turkish spot ,灯光氛围……完美, 不像真的。The food tasted like a hug, somewhere between life updates and chaotic therapy session.No deep talks, no big emotions,只有那种“我们都在慢慢过得还不错”的松弛感。吃着吃着,松松的聊天节奏,everything felt calm, open, and free. My little joy of the day: the camera agrees with you.📍 Alcasbahjb 跑步前,来杯珍珠奶茶先打个气! 要和四位70岁老人一起旅行,真是一场意志力和体力的考验。相处会不会有摩擦?2国过关塞车之余长时间独自跟大家,需要照顾长辈的三急。。旅途中,如何配合老年人体力消耗的情况?出发前蛮害怕的。。感谢普拉提,让我保持了冷静和体能。在和长辈出游的过程中,除了要开车🚗,当导游,长时间弯腰推轮椅、提行李,幸亏平时练普拉提,核心力量和下背部得到了锻炼,整个旅程才更加顺利。普拉提练习让我学会了深呼吸和专注,处理每个问题时都更有耐心。在旅行中他们很安静时,我会带他们去餐厅前看看菜单,了解物价和食物适合口味吗?我也会主动询问他们,是否需要坐一下休息2分钟,再继续走?还是我们上博览车吹风看看四周?当遇到冷门的厕所门口,我会提议这个残障厕所好像很干净。不如我帮你先进去确认适合吗?当他们在大热天户外不敢喝水时,我会提醒他们下个景点不方便上厕所。几点就要停止喝水了,所以现在要努力喝水,这里上厕所比较方便。当他们吃不下午餐时,我会提出不如我们去排队吃个一星米其林餐厅🍴 排到了我们,也饿了吧…… 试一试好吃的东西😎挑战结束后,这次出行让我更深刻体会到,健康的身体和良好的心态是陪伴家人的基础,也希望我们能一起来关爱长辈的健康,陪伴他们一起变得更健康和有活力,通过普拉提来共同享受美好的生活~ 感谢普拉提让我可以享受与家人同行的时光。希望你会享受我的经验分享加我😁IG 📍 asrinepilatesFB📍 AsrineChu LifestyleYoutubetv📍 美懒人厨房For collabs📍 Pilates Class Please DM #下背痛 #长辈旅行 #新加坡普拉提大器械教练 #柔佛新山 #新山去哪里 #私人教练一对一 #僵硬 #普拉提 #平衡能量
