💡 怀孕期间如果仍承受高强度工作、频繁加班或情绪长时间紧绷,容易造成:

✔️学会向上司表达真实情况,合理调整工作量
✔️避免久站、久坐,适时走动舒展身体
✔️每工作1小时就短暂休息5–10分钟
