We present the case of a 25-year-old gentleman who developed right knee pain following a sports-related injury sustained while playing badminton. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated a flipped meniscus with an associated tear.

The patient subsequently underwent right knee arthroscopic surgery, during which the meniscal tear was repaired and the flipped meniscus was anatomically restored.

We report the case of a 35-year-old woman who presented with a right knee cartilage injury, characterized by severe cartilage loss. Following the failure of conservative management, she underwent arthroscopic cartilage repair of the right knee using minimally invasive keyhole surgery in an effort to restore the cartilage and preserve joint function.
