We recently conducted a Postural and Spinal Health Talk along with a Spinal Screening Session for the amazing team at Aspial Lifestyle Business Service in KL! 🙌

Our goal? To help office workers better understand how posture and ergonomics can directly impact their health, focus, and work performance. Poor posture is one of the leading causes of spinal issues, fatigue, and reduced productivity but it’s preventable with the right knowledge and setup!

Through this session, we were able to provide:
