[体检报告出炉了］

一星期就这样过去了
抱着紧张，忐忑的心去拿报告
上星期扫描时
医生说肝，肾，大动脉，
盆骨，子宫都没异样
看起来挺好的✅

只是我的乳房
一直都有个0.7cm的纤维瘤
感恩这些年它依然维持在这大小
医生说如果没有超过2cm
基本上不需太在意✅

有几项检测结果是我特别在意的
因为家人有这些病历
感恩报告显示一切非常良好

检测的项目很多
有一项是我以前没检测过的
（Homocysteine 高半胱氨酸）
它可以衡量心血管疾病，中风，情绪焦虑，骨骼疏松，老人痴呆等等的风险
感恩在正常水平✅

验血报告显示幽门螺旋杆菌是positive
指数有点高
正常是低于1.1，我是8
医生说需要开始疗程
服用两星期的抗生素和益生菌
然后再“吹气”检测
暂时先不要和其他人共享食物
因为会通过唾液传染
其实十多年前我也Positive一次
好好配合完成疗程就OK了
幽门螺旋杆菌不是很大问题
但如果一直没发现
它一直在繁殖是会导致胃ai的

Dr.Tan说整体而言我的身体算非常好
有四项需要注意的是
❌B型肝炎抗体不足，需要补一针
❌幽门螺旋杆菌，需要吃药
❌补充维生素D
❌坏胆固Chun 2.9 (正常低于2.6）

👩：我这么饮食干净又运动，为什么坏胆固chun还是有点超标
👩‍⚕️：不只是饮食和运动，有时候也是遗传，会有各种原因导致，但妳的只是还OK，就是要观察着就好

Vitamin D正常是（75-250）
我是95，刚好达标
Dr.Tan说除非我可以做到
每天晒太阳15-30分钟
否则她建议我服用维他命D3
D3会让我们更有精神，有活力

那天和闺蜜用餐
👩🏼：妳有认识的妇产科(KL)吗
👩：有啊，我之前怀孕看那间咯。什么事？
👩🏼：我去年7月去了妳介绍的诊所Body Check，那医生说我子宫有水瘤，3cm，我问他是良性还是恶性，他说应该是良性。我还没问完，他就说不用担心，然后叫护士带我出去了
👩：哎哟，对不起哦。那时我原本打算和安东尼都去体检，所以就上网看哪个诊所的plan比较划算，忽略了其实医生的专业态度很重要。
👩🏼：花了四百多块，结果不清不楚，所以我想去妇产科看多一次
👩：先不用，妳把那扫描照片发给我，我下星期去拿报告时问问我那个医生，看她提供什么建议

就如我所说的
本来我去年是计划和老公都去体检
所以也上网找了“值得”的诊所
当时和闺蜜用餐说到就顺便介绍她
结果，我们没去，她去了
真的很对不起，害她被“坑”了

我很庆幸这次自己选对了体检诊所
无论是医生的耐心&专业知识
还是客服的温柔回复
都很值得我推荐给
