Most yoga flows work with YANG energy which is strong, active, outward-moving, the masculine force. YIN, on the other hand, is its own rhythm: slow, soft, and gentle on the body, embodying the divine feminine.

When we move between YIN and YANG,
we honor both strength and rest, action and repair,masculine and feminine, within our bodies and our lives.

You don‘t need to wait for January 1st to start taking care of yourself. Good habits don’t need a clean slate, a new calendar, or perfect conditions. They start the moment you decide to show up.

One class. One breath. One choice to do something that supports you.

If movement, rest, or a little more consistency has been on your mind, this is your sign to begin now. Your future self does not need a dramatic reset, just a few steady steps in the right direction.

完全没有运动经验的朋友，建议给自己 3-5 堂的时间，先从缓和+一点点力量的课程开始，让身体和大脑慢慢适应那个讯号： #我要开始运动了

那些沉睡多年的肌肉，也需要一点时间重新启动、重新被唤醒。👋

习惯需要时间，身体也一样。
培养一个习惯基本要21天。在这段适应期里，身体要习惯运动量，心态也会跟着调整。不要因为第一课很辛苦、动作很困难、课后肌肉酸痛就放弃。

当你长期少动，突然增加运动量，出现延迟性肌肉酸痛（DOMS）是必然的。预防肌肉酸痛的最佳方法是以 #循序渐进 的方式，慢慢增加强度，初期避免过度训练，并根据状态调整运动频率与难度，相信身体是会回馈你的，只要你愿意陪它一步一步来。

课后记得：
✅ #好好休息
✅ #补充水分
✅ #补充蛋白质

酸痛不是坏事，是身体正在适应新的生活方式。🙌
