#脂肪肝（Fatty Liver）🏥指的是脂肪在肝脏过度的堆积，虽然人的肝脏本来就会囤积些许脂肪，不过如果脂肪的重量占了肝脏的 5%~10%，就会形成脂肪肝⚠️
🍻然而一旦堆积了过多脂肪，就会阻碍肝脏的解毒的功能，导致毒素累积在体内🧪通常肝脏细胞老化、受损的话，肝脏能够自我修复🔄生成新的肝脏细胞，但如果肝脏持续受损，可能就会留下永久的损伤，最后导致肝硬化 （Cirrhosis）🧠
⚠️脂肪肝的前期几乎没有任何感觉~ 所以，平时要记得定期checkup！

🧴脂溢性皮炎是一种常见的皮肤病，主要影响头皮🦱这种疾病会导致鳞状斑块、皮肤发炎和顽固性头皮屑❄️此外，脂溢性皮炎也会影响身体的油性区域，例如面部、鼻翼、眉毛、耳朵、眼睑和胸部⚠️

听起来是不是很震惊😨

常见症状包括：
