🇧🇹 不丹VLOG 2 | 终于来啦！！�
✨ “虎穴寺，是每一步都离天空更近的信仰。”�终于登顶虎穴寺Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang Monastery)！海拔3120米，往返5小时陡峭山路，每一步都是身体与意志的较量——但当你站在悬崖寺前，俯瞰整个帕罗谷地时，只会感叹：一切值得。
🐯 这里是莲花生大士的修行圣地�传说中，莲花生大士骑虎飞降此地，降魔伏妖，洞中闭关。如今，寺庙崖壁上仍供奉着当年被降服后化为守护神的妖怪法器。缭绕的桑烟、转经筒的嗡鸣、僧侣的低诵……仿佛时间在此凝固成永恒。
🙏🏻 更有幸拜访Khenpola筹建的寺院
古朴庄严的木雕殿堂、满墙的唐卡与鎏金佛像，还有幸参观国师的房间（内心狂喜！）。每一处细节都流淌着藏传佛教（噶举派）的慈悲与智慧。
📸 10天不丹之旅收官，但心灵之旅才刚刚开始�从廷布的山谷到普纳卡的经幡，从扎西却宗的红墙到虎穴寺的云海——不丹用最寂静的方式，给了我们最震撼的回应。

Bhutan VLOG 2 | It’s Finally Here!!
“Tiger’s Nest Monastery - a belief that brings you closer to the sky with every step.”
At last, we reached the summit of Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery)! At an altitude of 3,120m, the 5-hour round-trip hike up steep mountain trails tested both body and willpower -- but standing before the cliffside monastery, overlooking the entire Paro Valley, all I could feel was: every step was worth it.
This is the sacred meditation site of Guru Rinpoche.
Legend has it he descended here riding a tigress to subdue demons, and later entered deep retreat in the caves. Today, the monastery still enshrines ritual objects once transformed from those subdued demons into guardian deities. The swirling incense smoke, the hum of prayer wheels, and low chants of monks...it feels as though time has frozen into eternity here.
We were also privileged to visit the monastery established by Khenpola.
From the solemn wooden carvings halls, to walls covered with thangka paintings and gilded statues, and even had the honor of visiting the room of the Chief Abbot (inner joy exploding!) Every detail radiates the compassion and wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism (Kagyu School).
Our 10-day journey in Bhutan comes to a close, but the journey of the soul has only just begun.
From the valleys of Thimphu to the prayer flags of Punakha, from the red walls of Tashichho Dzong to the sea of clouds at Tiger’s Nest -- Bhutan moved us in the quietest yet most breathtaking way.
