We are proud to have recently taken part in a pilot study conducted by a psychology student from Raffles University, exploring the potential benefits of cold water immersion in stress management.

This is the first pilot study in Malaysia looking into the relationship between cold water immersion and an individual’s stress level. It is encouraging to see more research being done locally to better understand evidence-based approaches in managing stress and improving overall well-being.
The study was successfully completed, and we look forward to the outcomes and recommendations that may contribute to future stress management strategies.
