5步速缓!亲测有效
姐妹们有没有这样的经历👇
早上醒来正准备伸个懒腰，结果脖子突然“罢工”了[惊恐R]
一转头就痛到嘶一根本不敢动!
别慌，你不是一个人，这就是传说中的一一落枕!

但⚠️重点来了:
落枕后千万不要乱扭脖子!更不能随便去按摩!
不然不仅不缓解，还可能伤到颈椎，疼得更厉害!
🌞为什么落枕后不能乱动?乱按?
很多人一落枕就赶紧扭脖子、揉脖子，想着
“咔哒”一下就能好。错!!
其实在急性期，颈部肌肉已经处于紧张僵硬状态，强行活动或按摩反而会加重损伤，甚至引发更严重的问题!

👉正确做法是:先让脖子“冷静”下来，不要勉强转动，能动多少就动多少，以不疼为原则。

💡为什么会反复落枕?原因都在这!
枕头不合适🤔
枕头太高、太低、太软、太硬……都会影响颈椎的自然曲度，睡一晚直接“废脖子”。
姿势太差🤔
低头玩手机📱、趴桌午睡、歪头写字…这些坏习惯日积月累，脖子早就抗议了!
着凉惹的祸🤔
夏天吹空调冷风直吹脖子，睡觉没盖好被子，寒气入侵也会导致肌肉痉挛，落枕来得猝不及防!

如果你经常落枕，那就要警惕了!可能是颈椎劳损或颈椎病的表现，建议及时去医院检查!

🙅落枕了怎么办?5招快速缓解!
👉捏脖子:四指捏住后脖子的肌肉捏住不要放松了
👉按揉风池穴:双手在后脑匀交叉大拇指顺着后脖子的两侧按揉从下往上至风池穴
👉抓捏斜方皿:最酸痛的地方捏住不要动保持10秒
👉拉伸胸肌:
①肩膀上举约100度，前臂搭在门框上②右腿往前踏一步，使身体往前往下移动③直至右侧胸前有明显拉伸感觉后

🚫注意枕头高度和睡姿
