🎯 Goal: 10,000 steps every day for 7 days
🚶♂️👟 Execute at your own pace — every step counts!
⌚ You can use a step tracking device, smartwatch, or mobile band/app to measure your step count.
Small steps, big impact! Let’s move together, stay active, and show that healthy habits matter.
