妈妈们，你知道哺乳的好处吗？

营养师建议妈妈在产后的六个月内只喂养母乳🍼，并且鼓励在六个月后可以配合辅食一直哺乳宝宝延续到两岁。
在哺乳期内🍼，妈妈们平均每天会消耗🔥400-600🔥千卡的热量；
而对于没有哺乳的妈妈们如果要消耗相同的卡路里则需要

🔔至少游泳30圈
🔔骑脚踏车（上坡）1小时
才能达到一样的热量消耗！！

胎教，不管是念书给肚子里的宝宝听，还是放点轻音乐，无非是希望小家伙能够健康地成长，其实准妈妈如果能适当地调节自己的心情，让自己的情绪不要过于起伏不定，对子宫内的小生命也是相当有助益的。如果怀孕时期准妈妈的负面情绪太多，对肚子里的小宝贝或许会有不好的影响；相反地，如果孕妇能以愉悦的心情度过孕期，则小宝贝往往也能健康稳定地成长。
怀孕时期如果准妈妈感到忧虑或烦心，不妨向家人尤其是丈夫倾诉，从相互沟通中得到支持与慰藉。准爸爸千万不要把心思全放在腹中的小宝贝身上，而忽略了另一半的感受。
