Please stay safe and take care of your health during this challenging time. Here are some important medical precautions:

⚠️ Avoid wading in floodwaters – They may contain bacteria, sewage, and sharp objects. Use protective footwear if necessary.

💧 Drink only clean water – Boil or use bottled water to prevent waterborne diseases like cholera and leptospirosis.

🦟 Prevent mosquito bites – Stagnant water increases the risk of dengue and malaria. Use insect repellent and sleep under mosquito nets.

🤕 Treat wounds properly – Even small cuts can get infected in floodwaters. Clean wounds with antiseptic and seek medical help if needed.

Completed his training in Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru and was an outstanding Medical Officer.He did his training in Paediatrics Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, General Paediatrics and General Neonatal Ward.
