📍照护的未来，从这里出发 | The Future of Care Starts Here
我们有幸出席由马来西亚社会福利局（JKM）与人力发展局（JPK）联合举办的官方说明会。在 Dewan Seroja，我们与柔佛各地照护领域的管理人汇聚一堂，共同关注行业发展。
We were proud to represent our care centre at an official session hosted by JKM and JPK, where care leaders across Johor gathered at Dewan Seroja to discuss the future of professional caregiving.
🌿 本次说明会深入介绍了政府目前正积极推动的三项核心制度：
This session focused on three major frameworks Malaysia is implementing to professionalize the care sector:
🔹国家职业技能标准 NOSS（National Occupational Skills Standards）
🔹马来西亚技能认证 SKM（Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia）
🔹先前成就认证 PPT（Recognition of Prior Achievement）
📘 这不仅仅是政策的推动，更是对照护人员经验的尊重、能力的认可，以及对社会责任的回应。This isn’t just policy—it’s recognition, dignity, and responsibility in action.

📌 政府目前已正式推行 SKM 第3级【老人照护中心营运】课程，下周即将开办第九期。这就像一列已经启程的列车🚄——作为照护行业的一份子，我们更不该缺席。
📌 The SKM Level 3 course for Elderly Care Centre Operations is already in motion, with the 9th intake happening next week. This is no longer a plan—it’s moving forward, and we’re on board.
AGECOPE 持续关注这些认证课程的动向，并定期组织成员一同参与培训、同步学习、携手成长。AGECOPE keeps members connected to each wave of development—learning together, growing together.
