【CME Continuing Medical Education-Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)🧠】

We completed another CME session focusing on PNF techniques with hands-on practice and demonstrations.

Through hands-on practice and real-time demonstrations, we explored various PNF patterns and facilitation strategies that can be applied in daily physiotherapy practice.

【膝关节有声音一定是膝关节炎吗😵‍💫】
【Does having knee sounds always mean knee osteoarthritis😵‍💫】
⚠ ⚠膝关节有声音不代表一定是膝关节炎‼️
⚠ ⚠ No, having sounds in the knee does NOT necessarily mean you have knee osteoarthritis‼️
膝关节有声音常见的原因：
1. 关节内气泡破裂
2. 韧带或肌腱滑过骨头

以上两种生理现象如没有伴随疼痛都属正常现象。
⚠ 如有伴随疼痛，可到临近的诊所寻求帮助及进一步检查。
Common causes of knee sounds:
1. Gas bubbles popping inside the joint
2. Ligaments or tendons sliding over bony structures

Both of the above are normal physiological phenomena if they are not accompanied by pain.
⚠ If the sounds come with pain, you are advised to visit a nearby clinic for further assessment.

1. 早上起床或久坐后膝关节僵硬
2. 上下楼梯膝关节疼痛

【Understanding Frozen Shoulder: A Common Cause of Shoulder Pain】

Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by global limitation of shoulder motion and shoulder pain.
Over time, the joint’s range of motion becomes more limited, and simple movements like reaching overhead or behind the back can become painful.
The exact cause of frozen shoulder remains unclear, but several factors may increase the risk of developing the condition.
These include:

3. Gender
4. Immobilization
5. Medical Conditions

【什么原因造成偏头痛❓❓】
以下是可能造成偏头痛的原因：
1. 肌肉紧张和压迫： 长时间保持不良姿势（如久坐、低头族），肩颈肌肉持续紧绷，引发疼痛，进而蔓延至头部

2. 颈椎疾病：颈部肌肉持久痉挛性收缩影响血流循环，进而造成头痛

3. 神经压迫：可能是颈部受伤或颈部肌肉紧张引起的

【How to Prevent Lumbar Herniated Disc ❓】

Lumbar pr*****ed intervertebral disc (PIVD) or herniation among LBP patients is one of the most prevalent musculoskeletal disorders.

Prevalence is higher in men as compare to women and the majority of those affected are between 30 and 50 years of age.
Disc prolapse is most common at the L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels and is more common in the lumbar region than in any other area.
Risk Factors of Lumbar Slipped Disc:

Trust Company Trip @ Langkawi 2025 🏝️✨
A well-deserved getaway with the best team! Even though the rain tried to follow us everywhere ☔️😂, we still made the most out of every moment.
We kicked off our adventure with an exciting ATV ride — mud, laughter, and lots of “slow down!” from the back 👀🤣 We also went for café-hopping to recharge with good food, nice vibes, and endless photo missions ☕📸
Sky Bridge was definitely a highlight — beautiful views, a little fear of heights 😅 and the courage to walk across those glass panels! At night, we enjoyed an impressive fire show performance that kept us cheering 🔥✨
After going back homestay, midnight board game battle was started🎲🌙
Competitive mode ON, laughter and noise level MAX — sorry neighbours 😆
We didn’t get to enjoy water activities this time (thanks to the unpredictable weather) 🌧️🌊
But the memories, jokes, and team bonding moments were more than enough 😌
Grateful for this amazing bunch and already looking forward to the next trip together! 🚀✨
