In the prosperous state of Johor at the southern tip of Malaysia, lies Columbia Asia Hospital Iskandar Puteri. It opened in 2010 and is the company’s first multi-specialty medical facility. This multi-disciplinary specialist hospital caters to residents of new townships in Johor Bahru such as Nusa Idaman, Horizon Hills, Educity, SiLC and Ledang. A 10-minute drive from Johor Bahru city center also Singapore, Iskandar Puteri is a flagship zone of the Iskandar Development Region in southern Johor. The hospital was accredited by the Malaysian Society for Quality of Health (MSQH) in 2017. Specialist services available include Breast & Endocrine Surgery, Cardiology, Ear, Nose & Throat, Urology, Ophthalmology and Radiology. Our resident consultants are available for consultation during office hours while our 24-hour medical and specialist services are provided by Resident Medical Officers, Specialists and Paramedical Support Team.

Columbia Asia Hospital Iskandar Puteri was delighted to be part of Karnival Sihat Johor Bahru 2025, organised by Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Johor Bahru, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, at Eco Galleria, Iskandar Puteri. The event brought the community together to celebrate health and wellness in a fun and meaningful way.

As part of the program, we provided basic health screenings such as blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol tests, along with our physiotherapy services featuring the advanced BTL Combi Machine. The session was led by our Physiotherapy Manager, Ms. Rafidah Jamaludin, who offered both assessments and consultations.

It was a wonderful opportunity to share knowledge, encourage healthy living, and continue our commitment to building a healthier community.

Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak recently brought our Columbia Kids Club (CKC) members on a special Little Hands Big Merdeka Outing at Perdana Botanical Garden. 🇲🇾🌿

The children had a fun-filled day with singing, dancing, and creative art activities, including a special Merdeka-themed bean art session. They expressed their creativity, celebrated the spirit of Merdeka, and enjoyed quality time together with friends. 🎶🎨

Columbia Asia Hospital Iskandar Puteri and Columbia Asia Hospital Tebrau were delighted to bring our Columbia Kids Club (CKC) members on an exciting trip to UK Farm, Kluang! 🚍✨

The children had a wonderful time exploring the farm and meeting animals such as deer, chickens, ducks, goats, cows, and more. They enjoyed feeding the animals, watching a live goat-milking demonstration, and later tasting the farm’s fresh goat’s milk.

The adventure continued as the kids visited the passionfruit orchard, where they learned how the fruits are grown and gained a deeper insight into farm life. To make the day even more special, they were also treated to a lively cultural performance by the Orang Asli, giving them the chance to experience something new and unique.

It was truly a day filled with fun, laughter, and discovery — a memorable outing where the children not only played but also learned about nature, animals, fruits, and culture.

🌱 Driving Impact Through Collaboration 🌱

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Sustainability Initiative, Columbia Asia Hospital Klang organized “Cleaning the Beach, Healing the Earth” on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Pantai Remis, Jeram. This event was held in conjunction with our Environmental, Safety & Health, Infection Control, and Human Resources Open Day.

This initiative reflects our commitment not only to quality healthcare but also to the well-being of our community and the environment.

A total of 60 dedicated staff members came together to clean the beach and surrounding recreation area. After a quick 8 AM briefing, the team rolled up their sleeves — and by 10 AM, successfully collected 112.5 kg of trash, surpassing our target of 100 kg! 🧹👏

We believe that small actions, when united, can create a meaningful impact. Through this program, we aim to encourage healthier habits, raise awareness on protecting natural resources, and foster a culture of care that extends beyond our hospital walls. 💙
