In celebration of World Hand Hygiene Day, Columbia Asia Hospital Iskandar Puteri brought health and wellness closer to the community through a meaningful outreach programme, including free basic health screenings.

Our Infection Control Department also conducted engaging hand hygiene demonstrations, helping the community understand the importance of simple yet powerful practices in preventing infections.

We are pleased to have collaborated with SAFT (PruBSN) through the Insurance Agents Partnership Program at Columbia Asia Hospital Iskandar Puteri.

The session featured an engaging Health Talk and a Basic Life Support (BLS) choking demonstration by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Gobinath Palani Gondi. Guests were also introduced to our hospital’s facilities and services through a guided tour, providing a closer look at our care standards and patient-centric approach.

Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban was delighted to host a CSR Community Event at SJKC Triang 1, where the day was filled with meaningful activities and a strong sense of community spirit.

From health screenings such as blood pressure and fasting blood sugar checks, to ear screenings and a sharing session by our Consultant ENT Surgeon, Dr. Lau Yu Wei, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about their health in a simple and approachable way.

The event also featured eye screenings, liver scan services, a fun children’s station, and 200 complimentary influenza vaccinations in support of preventive care for the community. 💉✨

Columbia Asia Hospital Cheras (CAHC), a member of Asia OneHealthcare, has officially unveiled its new wing—marking a key milestone in expanding access to quality healthcare for Cheras and surrounding communities.

The expansion features a new four-storey block with additional basement levels, increasing capacity from 78 to 180 beds. This includes more single rooms, isolation beds, and an Ambulatory Surgical Care Unit, alongside expanded specialist clinics and a dedicated Health Screening Centre. A Dialysis Centre is also underway and is expected to be operational by the end of 2026.

With the introduction of high-demand subspecialties such as Neurosurgery, Gyne-Oncology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the hospital is better equipped to meet evolving healthcare needs and deliver more comprehensive care to the Cheras community.
