Huge thanks to Johor Plantations Group for entrusting us with their recent Medical Surveillance Project! For nearly three weeks, our medical team was on-site across their estates, providing essential health screenings for their valued workers.

BILA TUBUH BADAN MEMBERI AMARAN 🍭🍭

Penyakit diabetes merupakan antara gejala paling tinggi berlaku dalam kalangan penduduk di negara ini. Mengikut statistik pada 2024, Malaysia juga tersenarai sebagai negara dengan kadar taburan kes (prevalens) diabetes tertinggi di Asia Tenggara dengan nisbah satu daripada enam rakyat penghidap diabetes.

Laporan Tinjauan Kebangsaan Kesihatan dan Morbiditi (NHMS) 2024 juga menunjukkan bahawa 63 peratus remaja dan 47 peratus dewasa mengambil gula secara berlebihan. Jangan abaikan tanda-tanda awal diabetes, kadang-kadang badan kita dah bagi tanda, tapi kita buat tak tahu.

Kita fikir letih tu biasa. Kabur mata sebab penat. Berat turun sebab "kurus secara semula jadi" tetapi hakikat sebenarnya, badan kita sedang minta tolong. Tahukah anda, diabetes boleh bermula tanpa rasa sakit?

Antara isyarat awal ditunjukkan tubuh badan kita adalah :

➡️ Asyik rasa haus dan kerap kencing
➡️ Letih walaupun dah cukup tidur
➡️ Luka lambat sembuh
