✨ 工作范围
- 协助医生进行登记及基本诊所流程
- 通过 WhatsApp / 聊天软件 / 电话 回复咨询并安排病人预约
- 在前台接待病人，提供专业友善的服务
- 维护病人资料，并协助跟进
- 协助诊所日常运作，包括药品存货及环境整洁
- 与团队配合，确保诊所顺畅运作

✨ 要求
- 能用 中文及英文 沟通（会马来文更佳）
- 友善、有责任心、沟通能力佳
- 熟悉使用 WhatsApp / 聊天软件 提供客服
- 欢迎应届毕业生（提供培训）
