10 当下|恐惧
恐惧来时,不急着前进,先让自己被抱住
恐惧,并不一定意味着危险。
有时候,
只是心中某个柔软的地方,
在害怕失去。
它或许来自未来的想象,
也来自过去
还没被抱紧的时刻。
你不需要立刻勇敢。
今天,只让恐惧——
被允许,
被陪着,
待一会儿。
情绪承接(10 分钟)
• 找一个安全、柔软的地方,坐下或躺下
• 把一只手放在心口或腹部
• 不分析、不安抚,只是温柔地感受
将注意力放回身体。
看看恐惧出现的时候,
身体的哪个地方最明显——
紧、重、冷、缩,
或说不清楚的感觉。
不需要改变它,
只是全然地观察。
你可能会发现,
恐惧有时候会增强,
有时候会减弱,
它来,又走。
「此刻的恐惧,我愿意陪你在这里。」
让呼吸自然来去。
你只需要在这里,
陪着正在感受的自己。
🎨 可选|界线绘画(5–10 分钟)
• 选择一种代表「恐惧」的颜色
• 再选择一种代表「保护或支持」的颜色
• 先让恐惧的颜色自由出现在纸上
• 然后,用第二种颜色
为它画出边界、外框、承托或陪伴
不需要让画完整,
也不需要让恐惧消失。
这幅画只是在告诉你——
恐惧可以存在,
而你并没有消失。
📝 轻声书写(三句话)
练习结束后,只邀请你写下三句:
1. 此刻我感受到的恐惧是:__
2. 我做了什么练习:__(10分钟就够)
3. 我可以如何温柔地保护自己:__
(一个很小的行动)
这不是作业,写完后,
把纸放好,恐惧这份感受,已经被看见了
当你感到害怕,
并不代表你不够坚强。
也许只是你
终于停下来,
没有继续忽略身体的讯号。
你不需要马上向前。

Prescription 10|Fear
When fear appears, there is no need to rush forward—
first, let yourself be held.
Fear does not always mean danger.
Sometimes,
it is simply a soft place within
that is afraid of losing.
It may come from imagined futures,
or from moments in the past
that were never fully held.
You do not need to be brave right away.
Today,
just allow fear—
to be welcomed,
to be accompanied,
to stay for a little while.
Emotional Holding (10 minutes)
• Find a safe, soft place to sit or lie down
• Place one hand on your heart or abdomen
• Do not analyze or soothe—just gently feel
Bring your attention back to the body.
When fear appears,
notice where it shows up most clearly—
tightness, heaviness, coldness, contraction,
or a sensation that is hard to name.
There is no need to change it.
Simply observe it fully.
You may notice
that fear sometimes grows stronger,
sometimes softens.
It comes, and it goes.
Silently say to yourself:
“In this moment, fear, I am willing to be with you.”
Let the breath move naturally.
You only need to be here,
accompanying yourself as you feel.
🎨 Optional|Boundary Drawing (5–10 minutes)
• Choose one color that represents fear
• Choose another color that represents protection or support
• First, let the fear color appear freely on the paper
• Then, with the second color,
draw a boundary, frame, support, or gentle companionship around it
There is no need to complete the drawing,
and no need to make fear disappear.
This image simply reminds you—
fear can exist,
and you have not disappeared.
📝 Soft Writing (Three Sentences)
After the practice, gently write three sentences:
1. The fear I feel right now is: __
2. The practice I did was: __ (10 minutes is enough)
3. One small way I can gently protect myself is: __
This is not homework.
When you are done,
place the paper aside—
not to remember fear,
but to acknowledge
that this feeling has been seen.
Feeling afraid does not mean you are weak.
Perhaps it simply means
you have finally paused,
instead of continuing to ignore the body’s signals.
You do not need to move forward right now.
In this moment,
being willing to stay with your fear
is, in itself,
a gentle form of strength.
