“Different Generations, Different Values: Understanding and Bridging Intergenerational Communication”

Led by Ms. Goh Ching Huay, a registered and certified counsellor in Malaysia, the session brought together parents and teens to reflect on:

🧠 Differences in generational thinking
🤝 How to see the intention behind each action
🗣 Using empathy and communication to bridge the gap

由马来西亚执证辅导员杨育铌带领，心聆工坊受邀为DAXIN GLOBAL举办主题为《从冲突到连结》的互动式工作坊。30位员工透过角色扮演、卡牌游戏和实境挑战，在轻松氛围中体验冲突的转化之道。

在“玩中学”的过程中，大家理解了情绪如何影响反应，也学会了用简单而适时的沟通化解冲突。许多参与者表示，收获满满，职场与生活都能马上应用。

Daxin Global welcomed licensed counsellor Ms. Yeoh Yeok Ni from Soul Garden Counselling for a dynamic, game-based workshop titled “From Conflict to Connection.” Through role-plays, card games, and interactive challenges, 30 staff explored everyday conflict in a fun, practical way.

Learning through play, participants uncovered how emotions shape reactions—and how simple, timely communication can turn tension into teamwork. Many shared fresh takeaways they could apply immediately at work and in life.

由马来西亚注册与执证辅导员杨育铌担任讲师，心聆工坊于6月12日受邀为 ASQ Consulting Group 举办两场工作坊，主题为《从冲突到连结：掌握冲突管理与深入沟通的艺术》，共吸引约150名在职员工参与。

工作坊结合互动练习与实务分享，协助员工建立更健康、正向的人际互动方式。杨育铌讲师引导参与者深入探索冲突背后的心理机制与沟通技巧，强调情绪管理与有效表达在职场与生活中的重要性。许多参与者表示，课程带来的启发不仅适用于工作，也帮助他们重新看待“冲突”，理解其作为连结与成长机会的可能性。

Led by Ms. Yeoh, a registered and licensed counselor in Malaysia, Soul Garden Counselling was invited by ASQ Consulting Group to conduct two workshops on June 12, titled “From Conflict to Connection: Mastering the Art of Conflict Management and Deep Communication”. The sessions drew approximately 150 working professionals.

Combining interactive exercises with practical insights, the workshops aimed to help participants build healthier and more constructive interpersonal dynamics. Ms. Yeoh guided attendees in exploring the psychological roots of conflict and key communication strategies, highlighting the importance of emotional regulation and effective expression in both workplace and personal settings.

Many participants shared that the workshop was eye-opening—not only applicable to their professional roles, but also impactful in their everyday lives. It shifted their perspective on conflict, helping them see it as a potential opportunity for connection and personal growth.
