T-Shirt and Hair Donation Eligibility Terms:
• To qualify for a free T-shirt provided by the My Starfish Foundation, participants must either go bald or have at least 6 inches of haircut.
• Participants wishing to donate their hair must ensure it is virgin hair, meaning it cannot have been dyed or permed previously.
• A minimum donation of RM100 is required.
• Please attach a screenshot of your donation confirmation to the registration form.
