Strengthening Global Health Systems with Casemix Innovation

Today marks another significant milestone for Casemix Solutions Sdn Bhd as we participated in the MOA Signing Ceremony with the Ministry of Health Indonesia, reinforcing our commitment to the continued implementation of INA-CBG as the provider payment method under Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) – the world’s largest social health insurance system.

The event was witnessed by His Excellency Budi Gunadi Sadikin, Minister of Health Indonesia, with the Secretary General of Health, Dr. Kunta W.D. Nugraha, signing the MOA on behalf of MOH Indonesia.

INA-CBG, an advanced DRG-based Casemix system developed and maintained by Casemix Solutions Sdn Bhd in collaboration with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), has been a cornerstone of Indonesia’s national health financing since 2014. Today, it supports universal health coverage for more than 95% of Indonesia’s 285 million population, with all public and private hospitals being reimbursed through this system.
