“Help! My Child’s Nose Won’t Stop Bleeding! 😱👃”

Relax, parents—nosebleeds are common and usually not serious! They’re often caused by dry air, allergies, nose picking, or minor bumps.

💡 Quick Fix:
✅ Sit them up & lean forward (no tilting back!)
✅ Pinch the soft part of the nose for 10-15 mins
✅ Apply a cold compress

🚨 When to worry: If it happens often, lasts over 20 mins, or comes with dizziness/unusual bleeding.

Prevention tip: Keep the air moist, hydrate the nose & trim those tiny nails!
