The lyrics says it all… I fell… and I rose stronger. That fall made me fall in love again and again with Ganda Bherundasana.
A little back story — I remember trying a chin stand long before joining my YIC course and suffering an injury to my chin. I couldn't even munch properly for a few days. From that moment, I decided never to attempt a chin stand again… But just look at what the universe chose to do… It gently held me, healed my fear, and made me fall in love with this beautiful and deeply meaningful asana.
To me, Ganda Bherundasana is a reminder that after chaos, we can rise stronger that true resilience is staying steady through life’s challenges and that real strength comes when we surrender our ego, trust the process, and bow with humility. Beautiful right?
