This is a structured Introductory Course consisting of 16 sessions, 2 hours per session. Enrollment is for the full course only; single-session registration is not available.
本课程为系统性入门课程，共 16 节课，每节 2 小时。报名后须完成整个课程阶段，不设单堂报名。

As the course follows a progressive learning method, students are expected to attend consistently to maintain the integrity of their practice.
课程强调循序渐进与持续练习，请学员确保可稳定出席，以保障学习质量。

Missed classes due to personal reasons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
若因个人原因缺课，恕不另行补课或退款。
