Durai’s classes are inspired from various Yoga disciplines including the alignment of Iyengar yoga with the flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa and an awareness of moving beyond the Asana. Yesterday’s satsang by our beloved Master about the greatest legacy of Michael Jackson touched my heart deeply.

God gave him an extraordinary talent… but what made him truly special was not just the talent — it was how he preserved it, developed it, and used it to make a difference in the world. He always gave his very best, not only in music and performance, but also through his humanitarian acts, caring for people and doing what he could to help others.

His spirit carried a constant hunger to learn, to receive knowledge whenever life and God offered it. That openness, dedication, and passion became part of his legacy.

One of my favourite parts from the satsang was the story about the sticky note on the ceiling — a simple reminder that kept him focused on becoming his best self. Such a small thing, yet such a powerful lesson for all of us:
to keep reminding ourselves of our purpose, our potential, and the best version of who we can become. ✨🙏

Yesterday’s satsang by our beloved master Anuradha felt like stepping into a living stream of devotion, discipline, and grace ✨

She spoke with deep emotion about B. N. S. Iyengar — a Legend who dedicated 81 years of his life to yoga 🕊️ Even at nearly hundred, his presence carried an extraordinary sharpness, radiant energy, and an almost childlike sweetness that touched every heart. It wasn’t just his mastery that inspired — it was his very being.

With a gentle smile, she shared a memory both intimate and profound — the yearning to receive just one glance from him while performing an asana 👁️ But that gaze was never easily earned. It demanded stillness, patience, and surrender. In her own playful and endearing way, she recalled holding Eka Pada Sirsasana for more than three minutes… not out of force, but out of devotion 🙏

Then came a truth that lingered deeply within:

“I fall, I learn.
Even today, when I fall, I observe… I understand the mistake… I refine the technique.”

There was no fear in falling — only awareness 🌿

She reminded us that no matter how advanced we become, we must always return to the basics — the humility to begin with a warm-up, the willingness to embrace mistakes, losses, and moments of failure.

Because it is in those very moments…
we are shaped, softened, and strengthened ✨

Not just into better practitioners —
but into better human beings 🤍

We ended the class with Yogi Ramsuratkumar chanting, our hearts filled with gratitude 🙏, followed by a quiet, heartfelt prayer for Devaki Amma’s wellbeing 🌸

My dears…
If your heart longs to feel and truly experience, come join us 🌸

Yesterday in Kajang Hatha yoga class, Our belover Master Anuradha shared a beautiful insight: “Try anything and everything, explore on your own. Only through exploration can we truly know and grow.”

She reminded us that yoga is a journey that transforms us—from darkness to light. It guides us to discover ourselves fearlessly, embracing every experience with curiosity and courage.

Through her words, We felt inspired to step beyond limits, to explore the unknown and to let yoga illuminate our path.
