3. Allergies or flu
4. Excessive nasal spray use
5. Minor injury or bump to the nose
🛑 What To Do During a Nosebleed:
1. Keep calm and comfort your child
2. Sit them upright – lean forward slightly
3. Avoid tilting the head backwards ❌
4. Pinch the soft part of the nose – hold for 10 minutes
5. Apply a cold compress to the nose or neck
