Alhamdulillah, harini berpeluang membuat perkongsian ceramah ringkas 1 jam bersama guru-guru dari Taska Manja Khalifah dan Taska Fasha Sayang, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.

Fokus kita adalah tentang bagaimana kesihatan mental dan emosi para guru, terutamanya dalam pendidikan awal kanak-kanak, memainkan peranan besar dalam perkembangan anak-anak. Guru-guru ini sebenarnya adalah tunjang utama dalam membentuk generasi akan datang. Masyarakat perlu sedar bahawa tugas mendidik dan mengasuh anak-anak bukanlah mudah, dan profesion ini wajar diberi pengiktirafan yang sewajarnya🌷💪🏽

Sempena hari ibu ini, kami hadiahkan mug istimewa daripada Wisdomley kepada Puan S🎁 Puan S membawa anak remajanya untuk sesi kaunseling yang kelima dengan Dr Laili, dan alhamdulillah, sudah banyak perubahan berbanding kali pertama dahulu. Semoga Tuhan sentiasa memberkati Puan S atas usaha yang tidak pernah putus untuk membantu anaknya👩‍👦💕

Last Friday, I had an interview session with Raina and Qing, Journalism students from Xiamen University Malaysia. It was for their research project where they needed professional input on the topic of bullying.

During the session, I highlighted that it takes a whole society to combat bullying. Schools must have clear anti-bullying policies, and the message should be loud and clear to students that such behaviour is not tolerated. Parents need to consistently monitor their children’s interactions, especially online, and always keep communication open. And as a society, we must raise more awareness on what counts as bullying, what actions to take when it happens, and what professional help is available✅

I truly enjoyed sharing my insights and experiences with them. I do get interview requests from students every now and then, and while I try my best to support when I can, it really helps when the students are respectful and professional, just like Raina and Qing.

They reached out to me on WhatsApp in a respectful and well-mannered way (almost like writing a proper email). They clearly explained what they needed and shared their availability, without pushing me to respond right away. They gave me enough info beforehand, which made it easy for me to decide. On the day of the interview, they even showed up 20 minutes early. Their attitude made the whole process so easy🌷

Wishing them the best in their studies and hoping they maintain that great attitude wherever they go!😊

Puan Laili Harlina is a mother of two. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University. She then obtained her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and she also has conducted various counseling sessions before. Currently, she is doing a doctoral degree in Psychology of Child Development at a local public university.

Her strong passion in Psychology and children development has led her to work together with her husband to help parents with young children through their own invented platform - “Wisdomley Parenting Coach”.
