腹部脂肪常见原因:
✅ 激素波动,尤其是更年期和产后
✅ 年龄增长,导致代谢减慢
✅ 缺乏运动、久坐不动
✅ 高糖高脂饮食

Many women often notice abdominal fat “sneaking up” on them during times of stress, hormonal changes, or due to unhealthy lifestyle habits. An increasing waistline is sometimes seen as a sign of aging, as body fat tends to shift to the abdominal area after menopause. Abdominal fat not only affects your figure, but can also harm your health, including causing cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and other health conditions. 🤯

Common Causes of Abdominal Fat:
✅ Hormonal fluctuations, especially during menopause or postpartum
✅ Aging, which slows metabolism
✅ Lack of exercise or prolonged sitting
✅ Diets high in sugar and fat
✅ Poor sleep and high stress
