Incorporated in 2010, Medivest is a local pioneer in Malaysia to produce a wide range of absorbable and non-absorbable sutures, both natural and synthetic under the brand VESTI for various surgical procedures. Established with technology and equipment from Germany, the manufacturing plant located on a 3-acre plot of land in Worldwide I:Zone @ Kapar Bestari is equipped with the state-of-the-art facility with clean room that meets GMP Class A.Quality is our top most priority. With a vision to be a leading and globally recognized player in the medical device industry, Medivest is committed to ensure its VESTI products consistently meet applicable quality standards and all statutory regulations. Bench marking VESTI and it’s processes with the best companies towards achieving high quality and international standard, Medivest will establish a quality system such as Medical Devices Certification ISO 13485 : 2003 and CE specification. Also, Medivest’s facility is complete with in-house sterilization and therefore, all products sealed in their final packaging are assured of full sterility. In it’s efforts to improve quality of surgical sutures manufactured at our own plant with technology and equipment from Germany, sources of raw materials come from reputable suppliers in Europe, United States, Australia, Korea and Japan.
