Today smoothies is our most signature red smoothie, when start making smoothie about 17 years ago, for the first few years, this red smoothie was a staple in our kitchen every day. Its ingredients are mainly based on Dr.Tom Wu's smoothie recipes, with carrots, beets, and tomatoes being essential ingredients.
Delicious drink, super nutrient and the best medicine, it just can easily make in our home kitchen.
Ingredients,.. Carrot, beetroot, tomato, red cabbage, celery, lettuce, apple, lemon, passion fruit, chiaseed, almond, dates, lecithin powder, and nutritional yeast.
Blender: Vitamix
Ingredients source : Organic vegetables and fruits from Samaria Organic.
Taste: delicious and refreshing.

So blessed that we can just pick some green from home garden and make the most therapeutic detoxifying and nutritious smoothies.
Indian lettuce and sweet potato leaves just growing so well, also the buutterfly pea flower is beautifully blossom.
Add quarter cup of flaxseed, green apple, lemon, frozen banana and pineapple, top up some BE organic spirurina.
The result is, taste so so good!😍😍

Green smoothie, put all the green leafy in Vitamin blender jug, press down, add water to the top level of green leafy, add quarter cup of flaxseed or chiaseed, add fruits of your choice for yummy and creamy smoothie.
