Anthea’s coming to SOF 👀✨
And bookings are officially open 🗓️

She’ll be teaching 4 Reformer and 3 Heated Mat Pilates classes across 1 and 2 August only.

These are regular group classes with a world-class instructor leading the session.

For Softies who have done our Power Plus class before, Reformer is for you 💪
 If you love to move and sweat, her Heated Mat class would be a great fit 🧘‍♀️
 Either way, spaces are tight ⚠️

Led by Yumiko, who brings her love for scent, sound, and natural care into every session. This class is about deep rest, nervous system repair, and softening from within.

First class 9th of July - only 8 spots.

Class will be on every 3 weeks, Wednesdays at 8PM
