Our Story,Our Vision,Our passion.

When I started this clinic in 2013, my aim was to provide a individualized health care. Specifically catered for each and every individual. You see I have been a doctor for the last 2 decades and been all over Malaysia and a short stint abroad had the privilege of claiming had worked under many different hospital setups and seen many different presentations of a disease. But what I came to realize is health is completely an outcome of a lifestyle. Our lifestyle, what we eat, how much we move, the environment around us, work-life balance everything has an influence on our outcome. Agreed genetics plays a role but it is less then 20%.

Our health depends mainly on

  • stress management

  • eating habits
