我的食慾穩定器~黑巧燕麥布朗尼
食材:全粒燕麥片40g | 牛奶80g | 香蕉 | 黑巧 | 雞蛋 | 可可粉8g
🧾步驟:
❶半根香蕉碾碎,再放燕麥片,可可粉,牛奶,雞蛋;
❷攪拌均勻後倒入烤碗一半,放香蕉片,黑巧;
❸再倒入另一半燕麥糊,表面放香蕉,黑巧,烤箱185°二十五分鐘。
