Call your doctor right away if you have heavy bleeding, severe headache, fever or chills, breast pain with redness or swelling, c-section incision issues, severe abdominal pain, leg pain or swelling, or you feel very down, anxious, or hopeless

There is this interesting topic, me and my antenatal class parents get excited about every time is Postpartum Diet Plan.
The moms to be gets very excited when I share alots of amazing food selections that they can actually go for during confinement. Priceless happy faces😍.
One of the major things we discuss will be choice the of breakfast. I will always vote for avocado smoothie even its not many mothers favorite but we can't deny the benefit of it.
Sharing a recipe here for our followers too.

Here at Precious 30 Days our classes are designed to help reduce anxiety, improve maternal and infant outcomes, and allow parents to make informed decisions about their birth plan and breastfeeding.
We also offer a supportive environment to ask questions and connect with other parents-to-be.

It’s balancing a newborn in your arms while a toddler climbs onto your shoulders. It’s sipping cold coffee between feedings and diaper changes. It’s never getting a moment fully to yourself, yet knowing these little moments are the ones you’ll hold closest to your heart one day.

Motherhood is being pulled in a thousand directions at once, but somehow finding the strength to keep showing up with love. It’s messy hair, tired eyes, and a heart so full it could burst.
