PRIMAL Polyclinic and surgery opened its doors in April 2018 to provide quality health care to everyone from every walks of life, with limited or no medical insurance, Malaysian or foreigner. Our services began as the vision of four dedicated doctors who recognized that rising health care costs were driving uninsured individuals and families to use the emergency room for any acute health related need.
The resulting critical care fees were passed along to the consumer, resulting in higher overall medical costs that crippled the financial future of many patients. Of greater concern, the uninsured had no means to access basic health care. Whether it was seasonal illness in a young adult, chronic ear infections in a child, or diabetes in an elder adult, the uninsured were missing the routine care essential to long-term health.
We take our tagline seriously; HEALING HANDS, CARING HEARTS: BECAUSE QUALITY OF LIFE MATTERS. Patients are always at the heart of all we do. We are young, enthusiastic doctors who are willing to give open ears and accept opinions from patients so that they go home happy and assured that they are being seen by the right people and confident that we are able to treat/ cure them. At lifetime care we value each patient’s individuality and treat each patient the way we would like to be treated.
This clinic is composed of Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Medical Wellness Clinic. Presently it is armed with doctors from different specialties and competent medical professionals. Ultimately, the clinic’s goal is to ensure that patients are quickly and effectively treated with a higher level of knowledge regarding management, prevention and illness progression. This leads to both effective treatment and prevention of further complications, aligning with our aim to have our patients stay well following our input, using advice and recommendations to create improvements in how they vision their condition and thus helping to prevent recurrences.
