Requirements:
✅ Minimum SPM or equivalent
✅ Demonstrates creativity with strong storytelling and visual design.
✅ Manages social media platforms effectively, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
✅ Skilled in design and video editing using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative tools.
✅ Passionate about creating meaningful healthcare and community-based content.
✅ Able to work independently while maintaining good teamwork and collaboration.
✅ Knowledgeable about the company’s services, products, and operational guidelines.
✅ Proactive in assisting patients, explaining procedures, and managing appointment reminders.
✅ Communicates clearly and effectively through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
