Do You Have Rhinitis? A Common Issue for Many Malaysians!
What is rhinitis?
Rhinitis is something most people experience at some point in life. While many assume it’s just caused by allergies, the truth is rhinitis has many triggers — including pregnancy, medications, age, or even viral or bacterial infections.
Common symptoms include: Nasal congestion, Runny nose, Itchy nose, Cough, Hoarseness, Itchy eyes, Dark eye circles, Headaches, Skin rashes or itchiness
Diagnosing rhinitis can be a bit complex, as doctors often need to rule out other causes. Treatment usually involves medication and nasal sprays.
Rhinitis isn’t a dangerous disease, but it should be treated properly to prevent it from progressing into sinusitis or more serious complications.
✅ The key is to identify the cause, manage it correctly, and follow up regularly — not just push through or take random meds when symptoms appear!

什么是鼻炎？鼻炎是人一生中通常都會經歷過的疾病，一般人對鼻炎多半認為是過敏引起的，其實鼻炎成因眾多，包括懷孕、藥物、年紀或是病菌感染都可能造成鼻腔發炎。鼻炎的症狀除鼻塞、流鼻水外，可能合併咳嗽、鼻子癢、聲音沙啞、眼睛癢、黑眼圈、頭痛以及皮膚起疹子或發癢。鼻炎的檢查內容較為繁複，因為需要排除其他病因，治療上則多以藥物治療並輔以鼻噴劑。鼻炎並非嚴重疾病，仍需要妥善的治療，以免惡化成鼻竇炎，併發較為嚴重的疾病症。
最重要是「找出病因」、「正确护理」和「定期追踪」，而不是每次不舒服就硬撑或乱吃药！

🚨 其实这可能是腺样体肥大在作怪！腺样体是藏在鼻子后方的小小“守护者”，平时帮忙抵抗细菌，但如果变大或感染，就可能会造成呼吸困难、打鼾，甚至影响耳朵健康。
