在当今快节奏的世界中,帮助孩子们认识和管理自己的情绪变得尤为重要。
上个星期,有位小朋友情绪大爆发,所以今天的课是要让孩子们将学会识别5个不同的情绪,如快乐Happy、悲伤Sad、愤怒Angry、害怕Fear和平和Calm,并了解这些情绪对身体和心灵的影响。
《我的情绪小怪兽》绘本里把这5种情绪用颜色区分,更能让孩子通过创意画画表达出来。
