15 tahun lalu, ada yang sanggup bayar RM1000 untuk gelang magnetik katanya boleh pulihkan sakit lutut, lancarkan darah, bagi tenaga dalaman. Tapi selepas berbulan pakai, sakit tetap sama. Duit p**a entah ke mana.

Tak mengapa kalau pernah tertipu.

KUALA LUMPUR — M***i Wilayah Persekutuan, Ahmad Fauwaz Fadzil mencadangkan pelaksanaan kafarah (kaffarah) iaitu wajib berpuasa dua bulan berturut-turut ke atas pemandu yang cuai menyebabkan kematian.

Ahmad Fauwaz menjelaskan pelaksanaan kafarah adalah sesuatu yang boleh dilakukan dengan cepat, berbanding menjalankan pelaksanaan hukuman diyat kerana ia tidak melibatkan sebarang akta perundangan atau pindaan, sebaliknya hanya perlu difatwakan.

“InsyaAllah kita cuba berinteraksi dengan kaedah fatwa untuk mewajibkan secara syarii kepada seluruh pemandu yang cuai mereka ini kena berpuasa selama dua bulan berturut-turut sebab hamba sahaya (hamba untuk dimerdekakan) dah tak ada (zaman sekarang).

“Jadi kita cuba mengetengahkan konsep kafarah ini supaya mereka rasa takut kerana memang mereka akan ditanya oleh Allah SWT kenapa tidak membayar kafarah sebelum mereka membayar diyat sebab dalam nak menyelesaikan masalah isu sebegini mesti ada dua pendekatan iaitu undang-undang bersifat pencegahan dan juga kepada undang-undang ibadat yang mana kita namakan sebagai kafarah — sebagai salah satu langkah taubat,” katanya.

Sebenarnya, ada beberapa kesilapan biasa yang boleh menyebabkan bacaan tekanan darah anda terlalu tinggi semasa pemeriksaan.

Ini 5 faktor paling berkesan menaikkan bacaan

1. Pundi Kencing Penuh
Bila tahan kencing, tekanan darah boleh naik hingga 33 mmHg. Jadi, pastikan buang air kecil dulu sebelum diperiksa.

2. Merokok (terutama rokok pertama hari itu)
Nikotin boleh naikkan tekanan darah hingga 20 mmHg elakkan merokok sebelum pemeriksaan.

3. Lengan tergantung bebas (tak disokong atas meja) Ini boleh naikkan bacaan sebanyak 5 – 20 mmHg. Sokong lengan di atas meja pada paras jantung.

4. Cuff tekanan darah terlalu kecil
Bila cuff tak sesuai saiz lengan, bacaan boleh terlebih anggar 5 – 20 mmHg. Gunakan saiz yang betul.

1. Uji nafas sendiri:

Jilat belakang tangan, tunggu kering, dan bau.
Atau hembus nafas ke dalam cawan, tutup dan hidu selepas 5 saat.

2. Guna benang gigi (floss)

Gunakan floss di celah gigi belakang dan bau benang itu. Kalau bau kurang enak, itulah bau mulut anda.

‼️Jangan tanya suami . Mereka tidak berani bertahu kebenaran. Tanya anak kecil kerana mereka lebih jujur.

Jaga mulut, jaga imej. Bau mulut boleh rosakkan first impression, walaupun muka dah segak dan senyum manis.

Warga emas yang mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya satu penyakit komorbid atau kronik disaran mendapatkan vaksin influenza secara percuma menerusi program Imunisasi Influenza Warga Emas di fasiliti kesihatan Kementerian Kesihatan (KKM) terpilih.

KKM menerusi kenyataan hari ini memaklumkan sehingga kini, sebanyak 65.16 peratus warga emas dengan komorbid menerima suntikan vaksin influenza menerusi program yang bermula 18 Feb lepas.

It also has fewer calories and more healthy nutrients like B-complex vitamins and selenium as compared to scrambled eggs.

Boiled egg is a fat-free method of cooking and preserves the entire egg.

A scrambled egg contains 3 per cent more fat than a boiled egg.
