ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, lead, and execute sales strategy effectively.
• Monitor salesman’s route and ex*****on of job duties.
• Monitor sales performance, sales fundamental and analyze sales report to grow sales.
• To lead the sales team to achieve sales target and all KPIs set by company.
• Execute sales promotion plans to support the rapid growth and expansion of products.
• Aggressively build and drive the growth of outlets (sales) in the respective areas.
• Proactively opening new outlets and pe*****te new market.
• To perform trade events, visit and tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Company Trip Day 2 & Day 3 - visited Kuala Selangor, an old fish village. Blessed with weather of the day, we able to see eagles, unusually lots of fireflies (covering the trees that lasted for 20km) & blue tears. Able to shoot some beautiful phots at Sky Mirror, and lastly visited Sri Shakti temple, which is recognised as an outstanding example of Hindu Sirpa Sastras (architectural scriptures).

We hope you have had fun & these experiences will bring us closer to go further!
