Congratulations to HUMS for a successful and fruitful meeting on 15th June 2023 between China Medical University Hospital, Intel, JelloX, and QMED in the planning and implementing of AI to make HUMS the first Smart Hospital in Sabah.

In attendance of the meeting were Prof. Dr. Helen Benedict Lasimbang, Director of HUMS, Assc. Our Taiwan delegates in attendance were Dr Ooi Hean, Deputy Director of Internation Center of CMUH, Mr George Tai, Intel Regional Healthcare Sales Director, Ms Ida Zulkipli, Intel Account Sales, Dr Tai, Co-founder of QMED, and Mr Jarvis Lin, Chief Operating Officer of JelloX.

A heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Nicholas Pang Tze Ping on his selection for the World Congress of Asian Psychiatry Young Scholarship. We wish him the best of luck with his presentation in Hyderabad, India. Dr. Nicholas will be presenting a special presentation on the body of his work, and also a free paper as well, focusing on Google Trends as a mechanism for surveillance of public mental health using advanced economics methods.
